Bathroom is complete with heated floors, w/d and tub. There is a two person hot tub on the back deck. Lake access 50m away with a canoe and SUP available. 25 mins to Frontenac Park, 40 mins to Kingston.

Located on a small protected bay, also home to two yacht clubs, you'll see boaters of all kinds. The fishing is fabulous right from the dock. There is deep water dockage if you plan to bring a boat.
