Close to the city, but away from it all, it's a perfect place to retreat from normal life. This isn't a tree fort. It's a tiny house with a loft in the trees over a trickling spring fed creek. It's private with all windows facing the forest. All the fun of being a kid w/ comforts of home like toilet, ac, electric fireplace, heater & 3 season hot shower.

The Franklin Cozy is located in picturesque Historic Franklin, just over one mile from the historic downtown square. This townhouse is the ideal place for a cozy stay while visiting Franklin, Tennessee. There are many things to do locally and it's a short thirty minute drive from Nashville. If you decide to stay in and relax, no expense was spared to ensure you have everything you need. You want a wonderful stay and I want that for you too! PET FEE: $20 per pet/per day (possibly negotiable depending on length of stay.) Pet fee is not included in the total airbnb fee, and will be requested after booking.
