Take a short walk or drive to the beautiful nearby beaches. Centrally located, the unit is walking distance from express trains and buses. It is just 1 hour to Sydney or 15 mins to Wollongong. The Annexe is a self contained double glazed free standing double brick cottage with 2 rooms. The property is pet friendly with a large garden which is fully fenced and secure. It has a small outdoor setting at the front of the Annexe and a outdoor entertainment area behind the Annexe with seating and which is undercover and private and looks on to the garden.
