Our 1 bedroom apartment is conveniently located only 35 minutes from downtown Ottawa, 10 minutes from Calypso waterpark, 10 minutes from the St-Albert cheese factory, 5 minutes from a free boat launch with access to the South Nation River, and 1 hour 20 minutes to Montreal. Local snowmobile trail access is located only a few hundred meters away. This basement unit features a private walk-out (ground level) entrance and patio door, a full kitchen, and in-unit laundry.

This house from the 1950's has been almost entirely renovated. Decorated man cave with a bar, a tv, posters, neon lights and a poker table!
