Our beautifully renovated 2 bedroom (Both upstairs) and 2 full bathrooms (One on the ground floor and one on the upper floor) along with a ground floor plush queen sleeper sofa and ground floor great room with dining for 7 plus a bar table separating the kitchen from the living room is in the perfect location. Permit number 231040 Private cabin in a serene, wooded setting, 20 min. to Santa Cruz. Main house has two bedrooms and a loft. Hot tub, outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen, gas barbecue, large deck, views. Indoors has a modern, well-equipped kitchen, great room, gas fireplace, loft, master bedroom, guest bedroom, two bathrooms. I am not longer allowed to rent out the two ADUs. Quality furniture, comfortable beds, stylish sectional, large dining table.

Vintage Charm Close to Downtown and Beaches

This beautifully & recently renovated studio with separate entry and private bathroom is in the middle of everything Santa Cruz has to offer: downtown, beaches, boardwalk, West Cliff Drive, bike paths, etc. are an easy walk or bike-ride. The studio is also a quiet area for remote work. We are pleased to host you and help make your experience great. You may also access the common-space gardens and hot tub in the spa-like back yard (upon request).

Three beautiful, quiet, private and secure rooms within our home, with separate entrance. PLEASE NOTE: It is part of a home, not entire home as listing heading implies, due to Airbnb's limited choices. Lovely garden with outside sitting area. 20 minute footpath/walk to beach through green belt and harbor, great restaurants nearby including three at the beach, short drive to downtown for live music and arts. Host is German, practices acupuncture.

Have fun with the whole family at this adorable cottage nestled in the redwoods. (Permit Number 231151) Views of the creek and only steps to the conference center at Mount Hermon, less than 1/2 mile to the famous redwood forest of Henry Cowell; this home is perfect to stay in and relax or to go explore and use as a homebase. Newly remodeled kitchen, with everything you would need to host a dinner party, kids games, books, TV and so much more.

It's an airy, skylit space with honey-colored hardwood floors and a well-equipped kitchen. Bathe in a claw-foot tub and relax on a wooden porch. Please note that this house shares the property with the owners who live in the main house, and an Airstream. The property is also serviced by landscapers and pest services.
