Welcome to our spacious 600 sq ft private guest suite! You'll have your own kitchen and living room as well as a private entrance and drive way that can fit 3 cars. Luxurious 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom lower floor Guest Suite of a modern house in Seward Park. The Guest Suite has open floor plan, high end chef kitchen with new appliances, and spacious custom bathroom. Walk to beach at lakefront Martha Washington Park, minutes drive to Seward Park, Columbia City with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, PCC Community Markets. Metro Flex shuttle to/from Othello Light Rail Station, multiple bus lines on Rainier Ave S one block from premises.

Private Garden Cottage

The cottage is a private, self-contained unit, featuring a well-stocked kitchenette, tiled shower, bedroom loft with french doors opening onto a deck, flat screen TV, DVD player, wifi, Bluetooth wireless speaker, and off street parking. Dog weight limit 25 pounds. Noise may be an issue for some due to airplanes. Stairs to the loft are steep. We are also located on a steep hill. We provide coffee/tea, juice, and some snacks. Everyone is welcome here.

Everything is included in this cozy studio. The perfect place for a long term traveler to refresh their laundry and take a break from eating out every day. Walking distance to both Westcrest Dog Park for your pups and downtown White Center with bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and even a roller rink and bowling alley. Just off of 509 and 99. Close to the Fauntleroy Ferry Terminal for easy island access. Exactly mid-way between SeaTac airport and downtown.

Welcome to our bright and cozy getaway! We're located in charming Burien, just a 10-minute drive away from Seatac Airport. This guest suite has its own entrance, key pad to let yourself in, private bathroom, kitchenette (with coffee, tea, microwave, and mini fridge) and is filled with things to help you feel at home!
