Baydream Studio is a private self-contained and beautiful space built onto the side of our house. It has magnificent direct seaviews and a balcony. You can be on the sandy beach in just 2 minutes, which has a Seaside Award meaning it is one of the best beaches in England. The Studio is comfortable, spacious, light and airy. Far enough out of town to be peaceful but only a 10 minute level walk along the cliff top to the vibrant town centre where there are plenty of cafes, restaurants and pubs.

My flat is directly overlooking the Harbour & sea on the ground floor. I have poured a lot of love into it, making it ready and am excited to share it with you. It is modern, clean and chic and should have all the amenities you need. I have done the bedroom in a cosy cottage style. Just steps away are lovely restaurants and cafes overlooking the Marina. You can walk along the west cliff directly from the flat with more lovely views across the sea. I love Ramsgate and am sure you will too.

The property has off road parking with a private entrance. 2 steps lead to the entrance hall and off of this is the bathroom and the main accommodation(1 large room).A small kitchen including: electric cooker, microwave,fridge/freezer and washing machine. The queen size bed has storage. Also a small table and chairs. The property also offers a sunny courtyard.

Location: Situated in a scenic area, this delightful bungalow is only a fifteen minute walk from Joss bay beach and Stone Bay, two of Broadstairs’ finest beaches, and within easy walking distance from central Broadstairs and the train station. It is very near to the North Foreland Golf Club, the Lighthouse and public footpath through Elmwood Farm, overlooking fields with horses. Horse riding is available at Elmwood Farm and coffee and cakes or a pub meal are on offer in Reading Street

Margate Mews is located within 150m of the sea front, sandy beaches, cafes, restaurants and Dreamland amusement park. Margate Harbour, Turner Gallery and Old Town are just a leisurely walk along the promenade. Margate railway station is 300 metres away. The flat is a lovely studio with a separate kitchen and bathroom. It has glorious views from all windows. It is perfectly placed minutes from the Old Town and for delightful beach walks. It is my home and I rent it out when I am away so others can enjoy the delightful calm of the views and the charms of Margate.
