Unwind and enjoy the night sky! Everything you need and nothing you don't! Bring a friend & take a break, chill on the deck, by the fire or take a walk in the countryside along the Clutha Gold Trail. This furnished cottage located 1.5 km from the centre of Roxburgh is ideally located for exploring the Central Otago region. It is an open plan cottage with very comfortable living space and a large lawn to enjoy the Otago sunshine and admire the views. The cottage is located opposite the local golf course and 2km/7minutes from the Clutha Gold Cycle Trail and Roxburgh Gorge Trail. The cottage is well positioned for enjoying the many outdoor activities, sight seeing and exploring Otago valley.

Located in the centre of Alexandra close to shops, cafes and bars with views of Central Otago's unique landscape, mountains and ever changing skies. Moments away from abundant walking and cycling trails including Central Otago Rail Trail, Roxburgh Gorge and River Tracks. Nearby the Clutha and Manuherikia rivers offer boating, fishing, swimming and even gold panning.

Relax on the deck with a book borrowed from our bookcase & enjoy an evening drink while the light changes over the Old Man Range to the north. Gently fall asleep listening to the mighty Clutha River.

Situated only 4mins drive to both Clyde & Alexandra, you're just moments to the Central Otago Rail Trail & Lake Dunstan trail among others. After cycling & exploring this wonderful region, take a swim in the shallows of the Clutha River (access at the bottom of our site) or relax in the sun on your own balcony. Your well behaved dog is welcome too!

This peaceful, hill top, studio room is just a 10 minute amble to the town’s parks, gardens, cafes, shops and restaurants. Wifi, TV, microwave and small refrigerator, kettle and toaster with basic kitchen cutlery and crockery, teas and coffees supplied. Brand new bathroom. Private entry and driveway with undercover parking. The decor is eclectic and there are two outdoor seating options. The garden is shared. Guest access by key lock. Check in from 3pm and check out by noon.
