Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

Una terrazza solarium, piscina attrezzata in comune. Un piccolo orto da cui prelevare le verdure. L’intera proprietà è alimentata da un impianto fotovoltaico.

La Cava (Palazzo Pallotti)

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

L'Incanto di Civita is located in the ancient hamlet of Civita di Bagnoregio. The property is an old cloister located on the top of Narni, a typical medieval Umbrian village. It has been renovated with great care and use of the traditional building materials but also equipped with modern comforts as a pool, sauna, floor heating and air conditioning. The furniture is a combination of modern and ancient style! The old walls fence the whole garden.
