Located on a quiet, traffic-and-noise-safe street on the top of the hill, it offers a stunning view of the lake. Beaches are 10 minute driving distance. Inside there are a living area connected directly to the outside with two sliding doors, a small but well-equipped kitchen, two double bedroom with direct access to the garden (one of which with private bathroom), a bedroom with bunk bed and a bathroom with shower. If necessary 8 places, there is a sofa-bed in the living room.
