Our studio apartment offers a great combination of location and relaxation.This two story apartment is separate from the main house located 1.1 miles south of the Square on Main Street in downtown Franklin. There is a private office space on the first floor. Up a flight of stairs is a private modern bathroom, studio style open floor plan with spacious bedroom with a full bed and a daybed, a fully equipped kitchen and den with ample seating. Off the den is a spacious, private deck with seating.

This 1,200 sq foot loft on the historic West Side of Cookeville will be the perfect spot for your getaway. It boasts a full-size kitchen, a lofted one bedroom and a bathroom with full laundry accessibility.
