Self contained cottage surrounded by amazing bird life, kangaroos, emus, echidna, wallabies and deer. Country life with all the comforts. Homemade bread, farm eggs, mulberry jam / butter , teas / coffee, milk are all provided for guests to make breakfast at their leisure. Cooking oils and condiments, assorted teas/coffee/milo, Anzac biscuits and access to cottage herb garden.

The 300 acre property shares a 2.5km border with the Grampians National Park and backs onto the stunning western escarpment of the Mt. Difficult Range. The farm house includes 4 bedrooms, 2 living spaces and 2 bathrooms. A breezeway connects the living spaces to the sleeping spaces. Some of the best walks in The Grampians are a short drive away (Mt. Zero, Mt. Stapylton, Hollow Mt., Zummsteins, McKenzie Falls).

Wander through the trees to our handcrafted Shack, lovingly built from recycled materials, with breathtaking panoramic views over our regenerative farm to the mountains beyond. Inside snuggle by the wood heater, outside relax on a hand hewn red gum deck with built-in bath, outdoor shower. The outhouse provides views across the wetlands and its wildlife! Gariwerd walks are a 10 minute stroll away, as is good coffee, the local brewery and the eateries of Halls Gap. Come and connect!

The perfect location for relaxing or hitting the trails.

The master bedroom has a queen bed with adjoining shower and basin, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and 3rd bedroom has 2 king single beds. It is an easy walk to Royal Mail Hotel (1.4km) The house is fully equipped with all utensils and kitchen facilities. Pets are welcome and the large yard is enclosed.

Come and relax in this newly built cottage that is nestled in the heart of the Grampians, enjoy a walk up the mountain then come back and relax in the spa. You even have your own BBQ on the front deck or lounge out on the rear sun deck. We also provide Netflix - Youtube and free WiFi. Private undercover car park.

On the edge of Rocklands Reservoir, 4 bedroom home

On the far side of the Grampians, nestled in stringy bark bushland on the edge of Rocklands sits Yangoora. Once home to farmers, bee keepers, rose growers and tree changers, now yours to enjoy. Settle on the deck as the red necked wallabies shyly appear and native birds splash and natter in the coolness of the birdbath. Kayak the clear water, try your hand at catching a fish or wander the dirt track to explore and be captivated by the bush.

Emerald Hill Cottage

Emerald Hill Cottage is a comfortable self contained, self catered cottage set in acreage surrounded by fruit trees, vegy patch and gardens. There are free range Guinea fowl and chickens. Set well back from Port Fairy road (200m) and beside hosts, Pete and Bronwyn's main homestead. Pete and Bron are not always on site so you are bound to have some quiet times where you are free to enjoy your surroundings.

Whitby House Horsham Victoria Aust.

Whitby House is set in a lush garden, and features rooms decorated with old world charm. It offers a private, self-contained arrangement, with a separate entrance. It can accommodate between one to four guests. Whitby House features a lounge/dining room, kitchenette, large bathroom, and two spacious bedrooms. A cot and baby bath are available upon request. The space is NOT shared with other guests.
