The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel cookware and double ovens for your culinary needs. A propane grill and wood smoker is available for BBQ enthusiasts. This tiny cabin on the banks of the Brazos River is a perfect getaway and is located 20 miles from Waco and Baylor University. Enjoy views of the peaceful river and abundant wildlife while relaxing on the deck and sipping your favorite beverage. The deck has outdoor seating, a grill, fire pit and an ice cooler. The cabin is comfortably equipped with a queen bed and queen sofa for a restful sleep. Other items include a television, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and electric griddle.

This beautiful log cabin is nestled in the small village of Watt, TX located outside Mt. Calm surrounded by pasture/working ranch. Located just 20 miles from Magnolia Market in Downtown Waco, 10min from Waco Surf, 20 miles to Baylor University, 25min to the Czech Capital of Texas (West, TX)

Dan’s Place - 14 miles to Baylor & Magnolia

3 bedroom 2 bath, 1500 sq foot cottage close to Tradinghouse Lake. The cottage was built in the late 1940's and was totally renovated in 2017. It is isolated with only one neighbor across the street and is very peaceful. It has a small pond that has a fountain, and is stocked with Bass, Crappie, Bluegill and catfish. Fishing poles and baits are provided. Small gatherings/parties are permitted. I have had several small weddings in the past.

This super clean 1 bedroom suite is spacious and quiet. Walk into your relaxing living room that is furnished with cozy furniture. A fully stocked kitchenette with full-sized refrigerator,toaster oven,coffee and tea station. The suite is part of a bigger house that is completely isolated with private entrances. The house is nestled in the large pecan trees with a full sized swing set. You can also enjoy the deck right outside your door.
