The bedroom has a double bed with orthopaedic mattress. 20 min walk to the central square of Yerevan - Republic Square. Near supermarkets, banks, cafes, metro station.

Panoramic Gallery House

Large 2-floor house overlooking the Garni temple and the mountain panorama, surrounded by an fruit garden (apples, pears, cherries, hazelnuts, etc.). The house is decorated with the works of Armenian artist Martirosyan. Three bedrooms, kitchen-living room, gallery, two bathrooms, 4 balconies. We offer our guests Armenian cuisine (breakfasts, lunches and dinners). We also hold a master class on painting plates on prepared stencils. There is a place for cooking barbeque.

This charming studio has been newly renovated, conceived and designed to create a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere while located in a unique part in the heart of city center. All the major attractions, shopping streets, restaurants and bars are around the corner (5-10 min walk to Opera, Cascade, Republic square etc.). I am an experienced host and will do my best to make sure my guests enjoy their stay and feel as if they are at their own home or in a quality hotel!

Zove is a small rural house surrounded by gardens, a living space made of many layers. It welcomes people mainly from culture and the arts, those quietly considering a move from cities, or searching for life beyond the center, or simply longing for a village and a home to call their own. Sustained by the guests and travelers, Zove is a home in the village with open doors - a place for silence and rest, for creating and reading, and for slow, heartfelt conversations.

5. A cosy studio near the center

Comfortable studio with everything needed to live, rest or work. Studio is situated near the city center, only 15 minutes walking distance to the main center of Yerevan. 3rd floor of the house, with a terrace and wonderful view to the city. Though it’s central place, you can enjoy your time in the green garden and smell fresh air, because the house is situated in the middle of many gardens. We planned the studio and equipped it with everything guests might need.
