Watch for deer, wild turkeys, and even a black squirrel as you sit on the back deck enjoying an early morning cup of coffee, or perhaps a glass of iced lemonade or tea in the evening. Oak Aven Acres offers a wide variety of trees that are home to many species of birds and other animals.

The Juni Suite

Enjoy a clean and stylish experience in the Juni Suite. Cook all your meals in the well equipped kitchenette, soak it up in the deep bathtub, and stay warm by the fireplace. A queen size memory foam bed and blackout roller shades will help you sleep soundly. The convertible sofa is easy to expand to a full size. Rock Port, Missouri - Home with a View

The space is an 800-square-foot basement that has been converted into a two-bedroom apartment with one full bathroom, a kitchen, a living room that is furnished. The living area has its own entrance separate from the upstairs of the home, with off-street parking. There is usually very little activity upstairs, so noise from above won't be an issue. We also rent to outages at Cooper Nuclear Station and for long-term wind farm workers.
