Set within the beautiful Art Nouveau-style building built back in 1903 by oil magnate Mantashev, this rich-in-history house represents one of the city’s cultural heritage sites. It is ideally located right in the heart of Tbilisi, at the corner of the city’s central square-Freedom Square, next to the Courtyard by Marriott, museums and art galleries. Industrial Apartment in the Old Town

The industrial apartment, built in 1908, is located in the historic old town of Tbilisi, just a ten-minute stroll from Freedom Square. The decor retains the authentic charm of the old town and adds a modern touch to it. The building next door was being renovated for couple of months, but the work has been finished. We had a temporary problem with the central heating (two heaters were not fully heating up) but we solved it. We also purchased an additional electric heater in case of necessity.

AIR CONDITIONING HAS BEEN ADDED IN THE BEDROOM. You will be staying in the vintage loft, located on the top floor of a 1930s stone-built building, with a private terrace and beautiful views. Floor to ceiling windows provide plenty of sunshine, but there are also heavy curtains for daytime dreamers:)

Renovated, high-ceiling, full of light, spacious apartment in the landmark - Hotel de Londres, opened in 1875. The building features breathtaking staircase and is located in the heart of the city, surrounded with parks, museums, Dry Bridge, Presidential Palace, 10 minutes walk to the Old City. High-speed Wifi for remote workers, no ethernet cable, but the Wifi is pretty fast!

Ateshgah Residence, Old Tbilisi

Ateshgah Residence is located in the heart of Old Tbilisi district Kldis Ubani on the top of a steep street behind 5th century Zoroastrian temple Ateshgah. As this is old part of the city, you need to take steps to get to the house. No parking space is available. This location allows to quickly get to all attractions in the city, such as: Mother Georgia Statue, Narikala Fortress, Botanical Garden, Leghvta-Khevi, Sulphur bathes, Shardeni Street with great dinning places, bars and nightclubs.

The apartment is located in the center of the historic district, on a very beautiful old street. You will stay in a quiet, typical Georgian courtyard and can enjoy the view from the balcony. The house is old but fully renovated and designed by me. The apartment is bright and comfortable, with a full bathroom (7 sq. m). The apartment offers self check-in. Our apartment is located in the very center of historical part of Tbilisi. We are on the first floor of the famous Georgian painter´s, Elene Akhvlediani museum. The interior of the house is in an authentic Georgian style, following steps of our ancestor who was a painter as well.In a pergola outside you will be able to chill out tasting our family made wine from our eco clean vineyards.
