A loft with a lot of character. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom and its tub is an ideal way to end the day.

New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

Casa de campo en la ciudad, tiene espacios amplios y un jardin muy grande con fuente, arboles frutales y mesas. Dentro de la casa hay cocina, sala comedor y seis recámaras. Area techada para gozar del jardin y un asador de carne de leña o carbon. Dos mesas y 10 sillas. De Lunes a Viernes de 8 a 17 hrs. se cuenta con un administrador que se ocupa del jardin en donde esta su oficina. El no entra a las areas ocupadas por los huespedes ni a la casa.

Our loft, Xoxotic (green in Nahuatl), is located only a few blocks away from Condesa and Roma Norte, two of the “it” neighborhoods in the City, where you can find lovely cafés and bakeries, art galleries, indie boutiques, and some of the best restaurants in Latin America. The loft is on the second floor and there is no elevator, so you have to use stairs to get there.
