Downstairs is open plan with a fully equipped new kitchen and cosy living/dining area, cloakroom/toilet and private garden. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with views across Dartmoor and an en-suite bathroom/wet room.

Our home is set on Dartmoor National Park surrounded by some of the UK’s most stunning scenery. The house is light and spacious with a well kept garden overlooking beautiful Dartmoor. Plenty of parking as well. There are many different walks straight from our doorstep, and many cycle routes. Ten minute drive away is Tavistock an ancient pannier market town. Five minutes walk to the local pub. So many Devon attractions within driving distance and about an hour to Devon and Cornish coasts.

Enjoy a peaceful retreat from the busy modern world in a 14th century farmhouse within Dartmoor National Park. Nattor Farm is perfect for children too and is located right out on the moors. Remote and secluded, it provides an ideal base for walking and wild swimming at Tavy Cleave. The traditional cobbled yard has parking for your car. A hot tub in the barn’s private garden overlooks the stunning countryside.

The local town, Yelverton, is a few minutes drive and has a good butcher, Co-op, Post Office, pubs and more!

Small cosy 1 bedroom cottage in Horrabridge

The house is a small cosy 1 bedroom cottage in the centre of the village of Horrabridge in Devon. There is one double bedroom and an additional single bed in the sitting room. It has been recently refurbished and all the plumbing and electrics are new, it has gas central heating, double glazing and Wi-Fi. There is a garden across the road and a secure shed for bikes etc. There is unrestricted on street parking in the area and usually you can park close by.

It is the perfect location for exploring Dartmoor and enjoying nearby restaurants and pubs.
