This self contained unit is situated at the back of the property and a separate building from the main house in a safe neighbourhood. It is a short walk to the Bethlehem Town Centre with supermarket, shops, cafés, eateries. Close by are also the Carmichael Reserve walkway, the cycle way and bus stop. It is conveniently situated to bypass rush hour traffic to get into town if you are travelling by car.

An easy 10minute walk to Papamoa Plaza, Fashion Island, the Surf Club, boat ramp and dining options. Across the road is access to a large park with an awesome flying fox. Bus stop directly opposite our driveway for public transport. We are in a quiet area of Papamoa and It is a family style bach and we do not allow parties.
