Argyll Reserve Studio

We welcome you to stay in our self contained studio, positioned on the ground floor of our home. If you’re concerned with noise, this perhaps isn’t the place for you as our living room is directly above the studio. We have a young family & 2 dogs who can be noisy at times. Generally from 8pm to 7am it’s quiet. The 1x bedroom studio features kitchen, bathroom, living space with aircon, an outdoor courtyard & roadside parking. It has its own private access, seperate from the main house entrance.

A tidy residential area close to beach, suits couples/solo traveller/business. (1-2 guests max). 400m beach, 250m RSA, supermarket, gas station, P.O., local cafes and restaurants, inc Fife Lane. ATM's, bikes, pharmacy, t/aways, laundromat. HANDY BLAKE PARK, BAY OVAL (short walk), Mount/Omanu GOLF, Tauranga AIRPORT. 5 mins drive (2.5 k’s)/20 min flat walk along Maunganui Rd to main shops/restaurant/Pilot Bay or approx 45 mins walk via the beautiful beach. Perfect base for Rotorua & Hobbiton.

Centrally Located & Private Guest Studio

Enjoy a luxury escape at this centrally located studio; perfect for business or pleasure. The very comfy King size bed and large tiled shower are a guest favourite. Double glazed, the studio is quiet and on a private road with its own car park and separate entry. It is a very peaceful spot. We are just 2 minutes from Takitimu Drive/Pacific Coast Highway and a 5 minute drive from Tauranga CBD, Baycourt and the Tauranga hospital. Bethlehem, Mt Maunganui and Pāpāmoa are only 10 minutes away.

Mount Magic: by Beach and Park

A lovely two bedroom apartment. Bedroom one is a studio room with kitchenette, couches and dining and courtyard. A second spacious bedroom with second TV. A large fully tiled bathroom. Walk two minutes to the beach and Marine Parade walk and bike way. The guest suite is on the downstairs floor and is very private. We are right on Moa park with your own gate. Off-street parking is available. Close to central parade and the Mount attractions, this is a beautiful guest suite by the beach!

‘A Stone’s Throw’ Papamoa Beach Studio, 200m>Beach

Modern Beach Studio with own ranchslider entrance; integral double garage separates Studio from main house. Door in Studio leads to garage (lockable from your side). If you wish to store anything you need to request this otherwise the door is also locked from garage side. Studio has high ceilings, double glazing, heat/air con pump. 200 metres to beach, 1.2 km to Fashion Island & Papamoa Plaza, easy 15-20 min walk via reserve with walking/cycling tracks. 6 kms to Bayfair. Quiet location.

Tuatua Quarters - a hop, skip & jump to the beach

The perfect 1-3 night stay! Situated in one of Mount’s top residential streets, Tuatua Quarters is the perfect spot. Be captivated by the true Mount lifestyle, with beach walks, local cafes, restaurants, and bars all easily accessible. Both bedrooms have luxury memory foam queen mattresses, crisp linen, snug duvets, and full wardrobes. Our newly refurbished self-contained guest suite has everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing break. The deck is a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee in the sun! When our adult children flew the nest, we were left rattling around in a big house! We decided to convert the space for guests ....and "The Hylton" was born!
