Basic accommodation, with tiny bathroom - shower toilet & little basin. Kitchen suitable for coffee toast etc with a microwave. SMART TV for Netflix. Gorgeous view of marina. Breakfast supplies including muesli, fruit, yoghurt, bread for toast. Fiber B/Band. Not fancy accommodation. Good quality linen and comfortable bed.

Fully self-contained 2 bedroom unit complete with wood burner (Wood Burner available from May to September only) or electric heater for those brisk Taupo winters. You'll have a comfortable stay in our modern, very clean, cosy & warm new-build (3 years old), self-contained 2 bedroom unit. 4km from Taupo town in Two Mile Bay, beside Botanical Gardens and 1km from the lake foreshore. Best suited up to 4 people but allows up to 6 with the comfortable mattress type sofa bed in the lounge for guests 5 & 6. Please keep this in mind.

Our place is a modern, cosy, self-contained (no oven/stovetop) furnished apartment with private guest access. It is warm, sunny and close to the lake and shops. It is quiet, comfy and clean with double glazing and a modern heat pump. We welcome couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and friends We live upstairs but you have your privacy and own entry.

Located down the driveway next to the garage. Happy to have well behaved pets. Gate behind unit which goes direct onto the reserve. Smoking outside only. Parking off road right outside.
