You'll have access to kayaks (along with the associated safety gear) and a large backyard which includes a firepit and screened in gazebo. You'll be close to the city and also only 10 minutes from Kinlock Beach or 25 minutes from Blooming Point or Dalvay. We are 1 hour from the Confederation Bridge and 40 minutes from the Ferry Terminal.

Three decks, two are rooftops. Hot tub is only operational from Sept - June, NOT July and August unless requested in advance.

A newly renovated Greenhouse located behind the cottage, was added in 2025 and where you can sit and enjoy the tropical flora along with your pastry and coffee, or sit in the hot tub that's located under the oak tree.
