Casa Loma, brand new independent house with garden

Casa Loma is a brand new 60 m2 house in Villaverde, surrounded by volcanoes and 15 min drive from the ocean. It offers a patio to eat outside and to relax after the day at the beach. The house is formed by a fully equipped kitchen/living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. On demand the sofa can become a single bed. THE LOCATION We are in Villaverde, a nice authentic village close to the main touristic attractions. Close to some of the best restaurants, there is a bakery and a supermarket at 500m.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

La Pared befindet sich nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt vom größeren Ort Costa Calma weshalb wir unbedingt ein Mietauto empfehlen.

Este alojamiento es perfecto para tomarse unos días de desconexión con el agradable clima de Canarias, como tambíen una escapada de fin de semana para conocer la zona. Situado en una urbanización tranquila y a 5 minutos de la playa, a unos minutos dispondremos también de supermercado, 24h, bares y restaurantes, pizzería, campo de fútbol municipal, terrero de lucha canaria, parada de guagua y también dispondremos de una bonita avenida para dar un paseo entre otras opciones de ocio...

Nuestro apartamento Fuerteventura Sol Gym House And Spa, es totalmente nuevo y se encuentra muy bien ubicado en un lugar muy tranquilo de la isla, en el campo, pero con muy buen acceso, y en una zona estratégica para poder visitar la isla, a 40 minutos del aeropuerto (45 kms). El pueblo más cercano es el de Tarajalejo, el cual está situado a cinco minutos (6 kms), donde pueden encontrar una hermosa playa de arena negra volcánica, supermercados, restaurantes, y otros servicios.
