Tinatawag na “The Galley.” Ito ang unang cabin na itinayo sa property. Nasa tabi mismo ng tubig at may mga tanawin ng look at beach. Galley kitchen, silid-tulugan, maliit na banyo na may maliit na shower, family room na may fireplace at dining area. Malaking screen sa balkonahe na may mga pambihirang simoy. Literal na nasa ibabaw mismo ng tubig!!! Walang ALAGANG HAYOP. Paradahan para sa 1 kotse.
