Our luxurious wooden cabin in Snowdonia, offers outstanding panoramic views over the sea & mountains in a very private, tranquil location. You can choose to enjoy the view from the patio outside the cabin, toasting marshmellows or from your own private Hot Tub. We are 5 minutes from glorious long sandy beaches, or mountain & woodland walks . We are between Barmouth & Harlech which has many shops, restaurants & cafes & Harlech castle. We are 1 hour from Snowdon & 30 minutes from Portmerion.

Shepherds Hut View

Our handcrafted shepherds hut is set in its own idyllic secluded spot along the Mawddach estuary opposite the Cader Idris mountain range offering total peace and tranquillity. It has an open plan living space with a lovely cosy double bed a well equipped kitchen, table and chairs plus an en suite shower room. Outside there is a sitting area with a fire-pit/BBQ and steps which lead down to your own path onto the estuary foreshore from where you are welcome to explore our many acres of land.

Here is our newly completed shepherds Hut -Gwenlli a welsh name that depicts the view of Bardsey Island on the horizon. Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. Overlooking cardigan bay and boasting panaramic views from the Snowdon mountain range in the north to witnessing a memorable sunset over the Lleyn peninsula with a drink in your hand whilst relaxing in the easy to use electric jacuzzi hot tub.

Welcome to Bryn Goleu. Set in 3 acres , it’s a romantic, quirky and cosy barn, set 700 feet up Bwlch Mawr mountain with stunning sea and mountain views. You have total privacy with no passing traffic. Peace & quiet, wildlife and wonderful walks all at your doorstep. Watch stunning sunsets over the bay and sunrises over Snowdon. The name Bryn Goleu means mountain light. One small/medium dog is welcome but please let us know and check the doggy rules with us.

A very warm welcome awaits you in our charming annexe where we hope you'll relax & unwind during your stay. It's just a 2 minute stroll to the railway station, less than 10 mins walk to the local supermarket and post office and our beautiful sandy beach is a 15 mins, level walk along the lane. We are within Eryri National Park with amazing scenery, abundant walks and leisure activities. Sorry but strictly no pets.
