The Nut House sits on a 200 foot bluff overlooking Table Rock Lake. We are part of the Emerald Beach community which is mostly retirees. The best part of this 3 BR 2 BA home is the 900+ SF deck. There is a charcoal BBQ grill, dining tables/chairs, and comfy lounge chairs on the deck for summer; for winter, an easy-to-light fire pit (wood included). Lake access/boat ramp is 1/4 mile down this street. Feel free to swim there. You may see deer, fox, and bald eagles in the area.

Sassafrass Silo Treehouse on Table Rock Lake

The Sassafrass Silo began life as a grain silo that Mike found on a farm in Kansas. We felt she had more life left in her, so we took her from field to forest and gave her a new purpose! Her new journey is based on Debbie's family history from the beautiful Natchez, Mississippi. Her memories of serving in Pilgrimage in her own hoop skirt and classic charm of the antebellum homes paired with her love of bohemian style, nature and the lake helped create this unique space!

Mulberry Cottage @ The Woods & Hollow

Located on a 10-acre farmstead, Mulberry Cottage at The Woods & Hollow is a Eureka Springs must for the solo traveler or couple. Don't be fooled by its quaint size, the space comes with a chef's kitchen, bathroom with rainfall shower, and washer/dryer. Relax in the hot tub, snuggle up in the upstairs nook with a book or the Smart TV, or greet a chicken! Downtown is conveniently located just 6 minutes away.
