Nelly's Dream

A beautiful traditional house in the heart of Syros town, at the exclusive picturesque 'Vaporia' neighbourhood. The house is built on the rocks, with a unique view of the Aegean sea. It is built on four levels (many steps!) with private access to the seaside and a private open terrace. The two advertised, private rooms, are located on levels 3 and 4 and are accessible through the main entrance through level 1 (street level). The host family of two and a small dog and cat, live on levels 1 & 2.

Enjoy the unique experience that the location of this summer house offers you,just in front of the beach, relax on the large veranda with the sea view and swim in the clear Aegean Sea. The house lacated in the south of the island , from where you can start your excursions , either by car or by public transportation. There is a bus stop near the house and connection between Hermoupolis(the capital town), the port and other villages and beaches. Feel like home and enjoy your stay at my place !

Traditional storied house with entresol located at the picturesque side of Kini beach, 5 meters from the sand. Includes air conditioning, a solar water heater, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, as well as a large veranda with a direct view on the sunset. Can host up to 6 persons. Cafeterias, mini markets, restaurants and the bus stop, as well as the Aquarium, are all in close proximity. Recommended for couples, families and friend groups looking for a quality vacation at the countryside.

Με απέραντη θέα στη θάλασσα, το λιμάνι και την πόλη, το σπίτι βρίσκεται 4 λεπτά από την κεντρική αγορά και το ιστορικό κέντρο, τα καφέ/μπαρ, τα καταστήματα και τις δημόσιες υπηρεσίες. Η θέα, από τη μεγάλη βεράντα, το βράδυ είναι μαγευτική με τα φώτα από τα πλοία, τα κτίρια και τα νησιά Τήνο και Μύκονο. Για τις μετακινήσεις σας προς τις παραλίες, με ταξί και λεωφορεία, η απόσταση είναι 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια.Είναι προσβάσιμο με αυτοκίνητο το οποίο μπορείτε να παρκάρετε στους γύρω δρόμους.

Το Navirene βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της Ερμούπολης Σύρου, στην περιοχή "Βαπόρια" επί της αριστοκρατικής οδού Απόλλωνος. Πρόκειται για ένα κτίριο νεοκλασικής τεχνοτροπίας που χτίστηκε τον προηγούμενο αιώνα και αναδιαμορφώθηκε μετέπειτα ώστε να εξυπηρετεί τις σύγχρονες λειτουργικές ανάγκες. Open the balcony door, breathe in the Aegean air and enjoy the endless blue. Ferries bound for the port come by within "touching" distance, as the scenery is completed by the islands of Tinos and Mykonos. The apartment is right above the only beach in town (Asteria), next to the picturesque Vaporia area. A just 10' walk will take you downtown, passing by the impressive Ag. Nikolaos church and the stunning Apollon theatre. Lastly, make sure to catch the sunrise, at least once!

The 1870 listed neoclassical town house lies in the heart of Ermoupolis. The entire second floor, saved for our guests, is a spacious and sunny suite with a spectacular view over the city and the Aegean sea. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room with access to a balcony and a kitchen. On the third floor is a huge terrace. The space is perfect for families, couples or a group of friends and everything is at a very short walking distance.

Ενοικιαζόμενο διαμέρισμα μόλις 20 μέτρα από την παραλία του γραφικού Κινίου, ένα λεπτό από τα εστιατόρια και τις καφετέριες του χωριού. Ήσυχο και οικογενειακό περιβάλλον σε μια ολάνθιστη αυλή. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο του συγκροτήματος και διαθέτει ένα διπλό κρεβάτι, κλιματισμό, βραστήρα, κουζινάκι και μια μικρή βεράντα. Υπάρχει επίσης δημόσιο πάρκινγκ έξω από το κατάλυμα. Ένας χώρος ιδανικός για ξέγνοιαστες διακοπές.

Το Lemon apartment είναι μια αυτόνομη κατοικία με κήπο. Βρίσκεται στην καρδιά της Ερμούπολης, σε ιδανικό σημείο και δεν χρειάζεται μεταφορικό μέσο. Αποτελείται από 1 υπνοδωμάτιο με 2 κρεβάτια, τηλεόραση και μπορεί να προσφερθεί πτυσσόμενο κρεβάτι μωρού, μια κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και μπάνιο. Απέχει μόνο 250μ. από την κεντρική πλατεία Μιαούλη (Δημαρχείο), 100μ. από την παραλία Αστέρια. Καλή διαμονή!

The traditional stone building house is located only 200 m. from the entrance of Ano Syros (where all the vehicles stopped). Few metres from the house at the area "Piatsa", you will find many cafes, bistros, restaurants and shops for your buys. The stone building keep the house cold even the most high temperatures of the summer days!
