Guests really feel like Little Livingstone is a real escape with a super private location, looking at mountains, swimming in the creek or relaxing in the bath. A place to disconnect and breathe. The Wool House - 2023 New Build

Over looking Picnic Arm and Lake Victoria resides a tranquil retreat inviting you to relax and focus on self care. The Wool House is a luxury studio for two adults on a working sheep farm in East Gippsland, the home of 'Forge Creek Lamb!' The studio boasts a spacious living area, a kitchen for the discerning chef, a large ensuite with floor heat & walk through shower, king bed with wool bedding, covered carport, all abilities access, jetty access & berth available and stunning water/farm views.

The Miners Cottage is truly a home away from home.

Relax in this peaceful setting. The Cottage sleeps up to 6 people who are provided with all the conveniences needed for a comfortable stay. With a Queen bed in Main Room and two sets bunks in second, linen and towels provided. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and an electric stove. You are also provided with a hair dryer, TV , washing machine and Dryer. An air conditioner cools in summer warms in winter and a wood heater for warm winter nights.

With direct, private access to the Great Valley Trail and the Ovens River, The Stables provides luxurious bespoke accommodation and complimentary mountain bikes for your stay. Located on 10 acres, The Stables is an outbuilding to the family home, along with our farm stay, The Barn. Within 10 minutes to the tourist town of Bright, and in close proximity to Falls Creek and Mt Hotham, only a short 45 minute drive away for hiking & skiing. The cattle farm itself spans 1,800 acres across the Tambo Valley. Our unique and remote location means that it's the perfect place to unwind, relax and recharge. We are located an hour from Dinner Plain & Mount Hotham as well as a stone’s throw from the Tambo River, Mitta Mitta and Cobungra Rivers.
