Boligen ligger mellom byen og marka, begge i gangavstand, ca. 10 minutter. En flott beliggenhet om du er interessert i turer i det alpine landskapet som omringer Svolvær. Et godt utgangspunkt for å utforske Lofoten. Boligen del av en generasjonsbolig med egen inngang. Det er mulig å parkere to biler utenfor huset, om sommeren tre. Fantastisk utgangspunkt for randoneeturer, friluftsliv, toppturer og fritidsfiske. Stort bad med varmekabler, gode muligheter for å tørke klær. Wi-fi, KabelTV, PS3.

Ny og godt utstyrt hytte med nydelig hav-og fjell utsikt! Hytta ligger like ved havet, omgitt av vakker natur. Den ligger innerst i veien og derfor er det ingen biltrafikk forbi hytten! Her kan du nyte roen og utsikten, med sol fra morgen til kveld🌞 Gode muligheter for å gå fjellturer i nærheten, eller teste fiskelykken. Hytta er ypperlig som base for turer rundt omkring i Lofoten. Modern bathroom with heated floor, toilet and shower. The apartment is easy access on ground floor. The building is old and you will hear other people and kids living in the house, mainly footsteps, therefore it's important that quiet time from 22 til 07 is kept.
