This nice, comfortable and relaxing cottage is ideally located in the golden circle in the South coast of Iceland. It's a great location to see the Northern lights /Aurora Borealis if the weather conditions are right. The cottage is one area and has double bed (160x200cm) and a sleeping sofa. We provide linen, towels and soap etc. Our kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need. We have a baby crib and high chair for your children. Take a break and unwind in our peaceful annex, conveniently located for hikes to the Reykjadalur Hot Spring Thermal River, and a wealth of amenities in Hveragerði. The annex has a private entrance, king size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and basic cooking facilities (added in January 2026). You will also have exclusive use of the garden hot tub, a tranquil escape nestled among the birch and aspen trees. Please note that we have a very friendly dog who you may meet!

Tóftir is a peaceful cosy horse farm situated on the south coast of Iceland, near Stokkseyri and Selfoss. There are small lakes on the property with diverse birdlife and planes of green grass. There is a spectacular 360 degree view to the mountains and glaciers when the weather is good and clear. You can see a lot of sky the horizon and the sea. The farm feels reclusive but is very close to service with the small town Selfoss just a 15 minute drive away.
