Kes mäkke ronida ei soovi, leiab lähedusest veel paremad sportimistingimused - ümber järve kulgevale terviserajale võib suunduda peaaegu et otse voodist! Lisaks on lähedal padeli- ja tenniseväljakud jms. Hoovis leiate puukuuri tagant terrassi ja privaatse aianurga, kus saab nautida ilusat ilma.

The apartment is on the second floor of the private family house. You have a separate entrance. The entire floor is an open plan with a terrace and lots of sunlight. You can enjoy a magnificent 180° view to the lake of Viljandi. It`s located 500 m from the center and 500 m from the lake. You can enjoy the old town of Viljandi, old castle ruins, cafes and lakeside sunshine. The house is on the hillside, so it is necessary to use a lot of stairs. Please read all the details.

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

Korter mahutab 3 külalist (1 lahtikäiv lisavoodi). Parkimine hoovis tasuta. Koduloomad on oodatud.

The barn is built in 1892 and the bedroom still carries its historic feel with the hand cut lodges and many well preserved details like the original ceiling. The house is located on the same property as our family home, but it is still private and conveniently accessible. The nearest grocery stores and petrol station are located in Selja (4 min) and Sindi (9 min).
