Apartman se nalazi u samom centru Sutivana okružen tipično dalmatinskim kamenim kućama, svega 150 metara od rive i mora. Klimatiziran je, ima wi-fi te privatni parking.

House is about 200m2 in two floors it has two separate external staircase floors equipped with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms fully equipped, 2 kitchens inside and 1 mini outdoor, large outdoor fireplace, and Private beach with sun beds and a shower. On the second floor, we renovated all three bedrooms, bathroom, and living room. All doors and windows are replaced.
