Our Guest Studio is a separate wing of our home, with private entrance, courtyard, and is flooded with natural light - the perfect spot to base yourself for a Surf Coast getaway! A quick 5 minute drive takes you into Torquay town centre & it's beautiful beaches. ****4 night minimum from 22 Dec, 2026 through to 11 Jan, 2027. If your stay is longer than 4 days, our housekeepers will arrive on the 4th day to re-set the studio****

Architecturally designed modern beach hideaway

This beautifully designed guest studio is set within a landscaped garden, only 200 metres to Point Roadnight beach. It is the perfect romantic get away for 2. The studio comprises of a large suite and ensuite bathroom with a private entrance separate from the main residence. The comfortable suite boasts a queens size bed, quality linen and towels, toaster / kettle, m/w oven, smart TV (compatible with guests Netflix subscription) WiFi, breakfast table, couch, heating / AC and private parking.

The Kazbah: self-contained on the Great Ocean Road

The self-contained Kazbah is the private downstairs wing of a two storey house. It's just off the Great Ocean Road, a short walk to sparkling beaches, rock pools, the Split Point Lighthouse, swimming, surfing (or boogie boarding - there are two you can borrow), shops and cafes, with a sheltered outdoor shower. Use as your base to explore the Great Ocean Road, glorious beaches, charming seaside villages or bush walks and characterful country towns. At night go to sleep listening to the waves....

This is without doubt THE BEST LOCATION you could hope for when visiting Geelong West! Located in a quiet residential street but only a 2 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of Pakington Street which has an abundance of cafes, restaurants and boutiques. A short 20 mins stroll will take you to GMHBA Stadium, 10-15 to the station, Geelong city centre and the Waterfront to enjoy an array of bars, live music venues and vibrant nightlife. The Spirit of Tasmania Ferry is only a 10 minute drive.

A 5-7 minute drive to central Torquay or Bells Beach.

Rocklea Beach Retreat is nestled in the sleepy Church Estate of Torquay. Wander down to Spring Creek Nature Reserve, stroll to nearby shops, cafes and breweries, explore coastal trails, lookouts, and the region’s famous beaches, waterfalls and wineries. Enjoy relaxing upstairs with views over the valley in the spacious living room, or enjoy a sunset drink on the deck. Fee and Marks place is a peaceful spot in a quiet Jan Juc street, 15 mins walk to Jan Juc shops & beach, close to bus stop and 40 mins walk to Torquay or Bells beach. We live upstairs & don’t allow pets as we encourage wildlife into our garden; a blend of indigenous & food producing plants, stone walls & sculptures. Mark is an artist & has embellished home & garden with his work. Fee is a masseus with treatment room upstairs. Please contact Fee if you would like to prebook a massage.

Self-contained studio apartment with private entry, perfect for couples or singles. Very spacious and quiet. Safe, off-street parking directly in front of the studio. Close to the Barwon River if you enjoy a morning run or sunset stroll. Minutes to Highton Village & Pakington St for boutique shopping and dining. Easy ring road access to the Surf Coast or Melbourne and a short drive to the many attractions on offer around Geelong. Sorry not suitable for children or pets.

Note: The studio is attached to our house, you may hear general life kitchen/tv noise, but you have a private entrance and secluded easterly deck. Cooking facilities: BBQ, microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, kettle, toaster. Dog friendly. PLEASE - dog bath before arrival, bring a towel for muddy/sandy paws.
