This charming space is part of the main house but is blocked off internally for added privacy and features its own private entrance, giving you a nice sense of seclusion. Designed for your comfort, it features a cozy bed and abundant natural light. You’ll also enjoy a modern en-suite bathroom equipped with all the essentials. Our goal is to create a functional and inviting atmosphere, ensuring you feel right at home during your stay.

All cutlery, crockery, pantry. Bidet toilet, shower, washing/dryer machine. Half-way between Brisbane & Gold Coast, 35min to Tamborine Rainforest Skywalk, 20min theme parks, wineries, golf courses. As our guests you are invited to stroll through our extensive gardens and if you wish sit around a large firepit with wood supplied from our property.

It’s one of the 2 units. 5 minutes drive to Rockea train station but walking distance to bus/ rail bus as Salisbury station closed at the moment. Easy access to Brisbane city center, QEII Hospital, Griffith University . Famous Cafe/ breakfast outlet 200mtrs away, Salisbury hotel(eat &drink) famous Toohey’s forest walk ,tennis court, burger shop , kebab shop nearby. Ample street parking available.

Studio apartment in the heart of Graceville

Graceville is a leafy suburb on the Brisbane River, 10kms from the CBD. There are over 20 cafes and restaurants within a 1.5km radius and many local parks and walking tracks. There is a bus stop right at the front door and it is a 1km flat walk to the Graceville train station. Off street parking is available. Guests must like dogs as I have a German Shepard who likes to interact with guests. Due to shared areas (laundry; covered deck and pool) my place is not suitable for quarantine.
