Our 1840’s renovated grist mill is located in the beautiful Monadnock Region. The house and cottage are situated on twelve acres and includes gardens, an orchard, berry bushes, grape vines, beehives, a dog, and a tremendous waterfall. We are close to many of nature’s gems including Mount Monadnock, Pack Monadnock, the Heald Tract hiking trails, skiing, snowshoeing and swimming. This rustic A-frame is tucked down in the woods of a 20-acre piece of land in Hooksett. There is a brook that runs by just at the bottom of the hill, with lots of places to explore and take a plunge. Sit by the fire and listen to the babbling Brook, lay on the hammock, or play games under the twinkle lights in the cabin. The property has lots to explore and enjoy. The cabin has room for two inside, but space next to it for additional guests in a tent (not provided). *no heat*

The Concordian - Walk to White Park, Downtown, UNH

A quiet and beautiful updated second-floor apartment steps away from downtown Concord. The apartment is attached to a historic 1800’s New Englander home and has a fully renovated bathroom (as of 12/1/24!), full kitchen, one bedroom, a living/dining room with a pullout mattress with topper, plus two walk-in closets.
