Fernwood Forest

This is a true log cabin in the woods adjoining 9,000 acres of Chattahoochee National Forest. The home is on a small creek in a valley by Taylor's Ridge with private trails to the top of the mountain. There is a large stone fireplace in the den. Though it is a rustic setting we have great WIFI and streaming 4K HDR TV. We have space and facilities for dog and horse owners. Cloudland Canyon, Jarrod's Place Bike Park, Dalton, GA, and Chattanooga, TN are nearby and great day time destinations.

Blue Hole at Pigeon Mtn Wildlife Mgmt Area

Fantastic Views and walking distance to hiking, biking, rock climbing and caving. Home completely renovated with outdoor loving guests in mind. Huge yard that opens out to Pigeon Mountain Wildlife Management Area as your 6,000 acre backyard! Try your skill at the scavenger hunt, relax by a fire outside (giant-sized cauldron), watch the birds enjoy the pond from outside of this magical stone space just down the hill from The Burrow, and near Fairytale Cottage. Visit nearby Lookout Mountain, Chickamauga, Chattanooga or just RELAX and watch Harry Potter documentaries while enjoying a cold Butterscotch beer!

Quiet country get away in beautiful McLemore Cove Historic District. Country roads leads you to this comfortable one bedroom that sleeps four. Relax 20 minutes from town in any direction. Located between Pigeon Mountain and Lookout Mountain in north Georgia. The cottage offers full amenities and full kitchen. NO PETS PLEASE! I have a dog that shares the yards. This cottage is in the country! 2 lane curvy hilly roads. Mountain roads nearby. I can't do anything about the roads out here.
