Die Lage dieser schönen Wohnung bietet sehr schöne Locations in unmittelbarer direkter Umgebung wie z.B. den Stradtstrand Graz. Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Als Gastgeberin werde ich von ganzem Herzen bemüht sein euch einen tollen Aufenthalt zu garantieren.

Wir sind eine große Familie und haben unser 50qm Gartenapartment so praktisch wie möglich und mit viel Liebe fürs Detail und Design ausgestattet. Direkt an der Seepromenade bietet die Wohnung Platz für 4-6 Personen Die vielen Strandbäder nur wenige Minuten entfernt laden zum Schwimmen im See ein - alles was ihr für einen gelungen Urlaub in Kärnten braucht.

Das Haus am See, mein persönlicher Lebenstraum. Aber zu groß, um ihn allein zu nutzen. Abseits des Massentourismus mitten in den Bergen, direkt am See inmitten von Wäldern. Im und rund um das Haus alles sehr großzügig für Mensch und Tier. Uns persönlich sehr wichtig. Neben Grill-/Feuerplätzen, Sauna, dem eigenen Steg, Sitzsäcken und Gartenschaukeln, Ruderboot, SUP und Gartenhütte ("Villa Seen-Sucht") können unsere Gäste alles nutzen...so macht es für uns alle mehr Spaß. Ein besonderer Platz!

Mosti´s Häuschen am See liegt direkt im Mura-Drava-Danube (MDD) Biosphere Reserve / Natura 2000 Gebiet, alleine an einem Schottersee und umgeben vom Auwald der Mur. Hier gibt es Ruhe, Ungestörtheit und Naturerlebnis. Dennoch sind Geschäfte und Gaststätten leicht in Fahrraddistanz erreichbar. Der Mur Radweg R2 ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Erholsame Spaziergänge durch die Natur beginnen direkt vor der Haustüre. Natürlich müssen Hunde mit in den Urlaub und sind daher herzlich willkommen .

CHARMING VACATION HOUSE Staying in the fary tale-like renovated house "Pr Zajc" by the Kokra river in Preddvor, will result in you feeling relaxed, pleasant and well rested. On the green garden you will be able to forget your every day troubles and worries and relax while listening to the sounds of nature. In the evening you can fix yourself a romantic picnic with a gas or wooden grill. On hotter days, you will be able to cool yourself off in the Kokra river, flowing beside the house.

Ein Garten mit Grillmöglichkeit sowie Spielplatz steht zur Verfügung. Der hauseigene Badestrand befindet sich 1,2 km , ca 10 Minuten Fußmarsch von der Ferienwohnung entfernt. Jurček Holiday Home se nahaja na samotni jasi, obkroženi z gozdom, s pogledom na Uršljo goro. Cosy suite located in a small village, surrounded by nature and only 2 km from the highway (exit Dramlje). The suite is a separate building suitable for 2 persons. It includes a double bed in a main room and as well shower and toilet room. There is an oven and dining table available for barbecue in front of the suite. A big pool with heated water can be used by guests in the summer season. Finnish sauna can be used with extra charge. Pets are welcome.
