Cozy Summerhouse in Sudavik

This old cozy house in the old part of Súðavík was originally the post office for the town and the home of the postmaster and his family. It has now been renovated and changed into a summerhouse. It is well located with a short walking distance to the local playground, the harbor and The Arctic Fox Centre. It only takes about 15 minutes to drive over to Ísafjörður, the "capital" of the Westfjords, where you can find grocery stores, a bakery, banks, gift shops and restaurants.

This is our actual home and if the dates are available it means we are exploring beautiful Westfjörðs or are on a longer trip on our old but reliable camper van. We moved into apartment in June 2021 so were still settling in and little by little making this place ours. The place has all the essentials, but we consciously have chosen not to have WiFi connection, if you know that you'll need one let us know and we'll find a solution :)

Licence number: HG-00013010. My place is close to Ísafjörður, the main town in West Fjords. You’ll love my place because of the nature in the area. It offers one bedroom with one full size bed making it good for couples. It provides all regular amenities, yet only with an outside shower sheltered by the house and trees.
