Lovely tranquil lake Atitlan mountain view room in warm and welcoming San Pedro. On a large second floor terrace 5-7 min walk from the main dock. Room 10 has a double bed, private bathroom and dedicated outside space with plants, dining table and other seating. There is good wifi. Along with the open air restaurant on the ground floor you will find numerous other restaurants on the doorstep, including Italian, Chinese, Indian fusion, Guatemalan cuisine, coffee shops and artisanal markets!

The King Suite #233 Tekoa Spaces

The King Suite (#233) is a part of Tekoa Spaces, which is a beautiful boutique hotel located in San Antonio Palopo, Lake Atitlan, Guatemala. It is in a quiet village located away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy towns, which will allow you to experience a more authentic Guatemalan stay. We have a coffee shop, which serves locally roasted Guatemalan coffee, and a full service restaurant that is open daily from 7:30am-6pm. This private room offers a beautiful view of the lake.

The hotel is located in a quiet part of San Pedro, with direct access to a sandy beach and hikes on the volcano. The place is run by a Scandinavian family who likes to share their love for food and design with their guests. It is simply and stylishly decorated and has organic bedding. Terraces and/or rooms have lake and volcano views. The town center is a 20 min. walk or tuk tuk ride away. Children are welcome to share bed with parents. An extra bed can be added for a fee of 100 Q/stay.

Perfectly located, the hotel is a 2 minute walk from the dock and the village, center in a very quiet area of San Juan. The hotel is a dream come true for our family. We have been building it for 10 years and we opened a few weeks ago!
