This is a walkout basement space with kitchenette. It has full windows, a private bath, kitchenette and a private entrance. There is a beautiful view overlooking the Bay Sunsets are wonderful! Add an additional fee of $40.00 per person in this space for guests over 2 people. I have one cot and one blow up mattress which can be set up.
