Newly built air-conditioned apartment (46m2), on the second floor of the building, overlooking the sea, has a bedroom with three beds, a living room with sofa, kitchen, bathroom, two balconies, satellite TV and wireless internet. Guests have access to garden in a Mediterranean ambience with furniture, barbecue and washing machine. Secured parking space is in front of the house.

The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor.
