The entire bin is yours, 2 beds, 2 full bathrooms, and your own deck to enjoy nature, outside, and have your own tiny house. Located next to a winery you can walk to. Welcome to "The Pepper Shed" named after our black lab. This is a unique utility shed with built-in living quarters located next to our family home located along the Cedar River. Beds are located in open loft upstairs and bathroom is located on the ground level. While staying, feel free to make yourself at home with private access to a patio, dog kennel, walk out balcony with full accommodations of Wi-Fi, TV with Roku, washer and dryer, outdoor grill and full kitchen.

Local shops, a local brewery, an art gallery, coffee shop, cafe, and much more are all within walking distance of the loft! Back alley entrance. The loft is located on the second floor up a flight of stairs. No elevator access. One free parking space in alley. Street parking also available.

This peaceful space has a private entrance, brand new king size bed, bathroom & 50" smart tv across from a private university. For monthly traveling professionals, laundry & dishwashing services are complimentary. Also, an additional cot can be set up for you in advance if you have three guests. Just let us know!
