It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

The lush interior is enveloped with a 1000 sq m garden where you can take a stroll, have a barbecue or just sit under a 100 year old yew tree and plan your trip ahead - you'll probably want to stay at Pipa's place though.

The flat is located on the 3rd floor in an apartment building with an elevator. It consists of a bedroom with a king size bed, living room with a huge sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen.
