Located on the beautiful south shore of PEI on the ocean. It is a cozy and comfortable new, three bedroom cottage. The decor is very modern and light. Wifi, washer/dryer, well equipped kitchen including fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Bedroom 1 -queen , bedroom 2- queen , bedroom 3 - single and 2 doubles. TV (50 inch) is located in the open concept living area. Also, TVs are in each bedroom. There is a large deck overlooking the ocean with BBQ and deck furniture. Air conditioned.

The Happy Place -Water front Double Living Space

A Beautiful view of the water with water access a few steps away. Use of two adjoining living quarters with full amenities in both. NEW THIS YEAR, we have two heat pumps to provide some air conditioning and better heating. A 3-5 minute drive will bring you to charming North Rustico Harbour with groceries, dining, shopping and a beautiful sand beach. Very near local sites: 15 min drive to Cavendish beach, Green Gables, Avonlea Village and golf courses. We are licensed by PEI Tourism.

Your Island Getaway (10 minutes to Charlottetown!)

Stay in our attached in-law suite, with its own private entrance and parking. This riverside property is in a quiet location, with access to the water included. Soak up nightly sunsets on the Hillsborough River, and cozy up with a campfire in the evenings. We’ll even supply the firewood! Includes a variety of amenities, a propane fireplace for rainy nights in, and is only a 10 minute drive to downtown Charlottetown. Want to bring your fur-child? Please do! We have two of our own. :)

Have fun, unwind and relax at our seaside cottage steps away from a beautiful PEI beach. Walking distance to a fishing harbour and 10 min drive to the famous Golf Links at Crowbush Cove. Looking for a spot just a short stroll to a private rustic ungroomed beach but not on the water. So we don’t have a water view. The view at the beach is spectacular with panoramic view of the Confederation Bridge. We have a new red roof so we are easier to find. It is perfect for a family or a romantic getaway. Air conditioning and deep soaker tub in master suite. We also have lots of space, a large lot, fire pit and outdoor games for all ages.
