Relax at our peaceful, well-equipped and comfortable Cottage. Cottage has outside dining table and chairs , fire pit , logs and log burning stove inside. We provide complimentary logs for both . Bike storage with charging. A short, safe walk into Aboyne. Aboyne Loch, old Railway line and Aboyne Golf Course are across the road, which makes for an active or totally relaxed holiday. The Byre at Butterywells Farm is a converted byre located next to our farmhouse, which dates back over two hundred years. The Byre is a fully equipped self catering holiday cottage with many original features. The Byre is wheelchair accessible with its own parking area. Set in 2 acres of mature gardens containing walks, secluded seating areas and a small lochan. Experience country living whilst only being a 15 min drive from the centre of Aberdeen. Not just dogs are welcome but horses too.

"This 1 bed cottage is situated in the heart of the beautiful Ballater, Royal Deeside. It has just been newly renovated making it a bit of luxury for you to relax and enjoy your stay. The bedroom has a king size bed, dressing table, wardrobe and place to hide the suitcases, drawers and a T. V. A Z bed and a travel cot are available on request when booking. It has a wood burner and a Scottish theme throughout. We have aimed to make this a cosy and comfortable getaway for you to enjoy.

Idyllic Farmhouse in Stunning Deeside Location

Blackness Farmhouse is a traditional cottage still retaining many of its original features. Bathrooms and kitchen have been modernized, open fires replaced for wood burners and carpeting added to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The cottage was our home while we converted the nearby barns into our new house. and although storage was tight for a busy family of 6, we loved our time living there and always felt it would make a perfect holiday home. With ample parking, our 2 bedroom bothy is comfortable and well equipped with underfloor heating and an electric wood effect fire.
