Whether you are looking for a romantic get-away or a family holiday our “ Studio in Paradise” apartment can address your needs… This is a 30 metre square studio apartment consisting of one bedroom (one double), full bathroom, a furnished kitchen, with large pull-out sofa, and a terrace with an amazing sea view. The apartment is tastefully decorated and comes with all the comforts we think you will need on your stay with us! The terrace is shared with our Romantic Beach Getaway Apartment and provides for a great place to have an evening dinner and watch the wonderful blues of the sea or the tremendous outline of Split. In the evening you can enjoy the sparkling lights of the Island while relaxing with your favorite drink! Our property is located on the beach and has direct access to the sea in a very relaxing and safe area. Best of all we are just 10m till you can touch the water of the Adriatic! Along the beach you will find a number of restaurants, bars, pizzerias and cafés offering typical Dalmatian food and beverage at reasonable prices. The nearest marina is a 5-min walk from the apartment thus allowing easy access to one of the nearby islands such as Brac or Hvar. Also along the beach within a 5 minute walk there is a large 5 star hotel and casino that also has an array of places to dine, enjoy a cup of espresso or just get an ice cream. The apartment has an air-conditioning unit, satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet as well as its own parking space. We are just 6 km from Split (bus station near the house, buses leave every hour) and 300 m to the nearest beach. It's a sandy and blue flag beach located in the lagoon made by river Zrnovnica delta and Adriatic sea. It is over 400 m long. The beach is equipped with a life guard, facilities for the disabled, showers, children playground, sport facilities, food and drink facilities. There is no danger spots for pedestrians, while the beach is far away from motorways. House is placed on a little hill and environment is very peaceful, it has great view (mountains on the north and sea and islands on the south) and its 600 m from the main road and buss station and about 800 m from the sea. There are plenty sports activities that You can do in close range (hiking, biking, diving, golf, tennis, zipline, canyoning) and also there are many Restaurants and Bars along the beach. If you want to visit Split it will only take You 15 min with bus to get there.

Our new apartment Carmen is located in Split in the area of ​​Žnjan and is only 150 meters from the sea and 3.5 km from the city center. The apartment consists of living room, kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and balcony with open sea views. The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned. it is located on the 1st floor of a small residential building equipped with an elevator and parking space in the garage. Nearby are markets, coffee bars and pizzerias.

It has a 40 meter squared terrace with sea view. Near the house, you can find beach, bars, restaurants, supermarket, public transportation, park, tennis court, golf court, playground, football field etc. We have free parking for our guests. All rooms are air-conditioned!

Our studio apartment is just next to the sea. The closest beach is only 2 minutes walk, while city beach is approximately 7 min walk. The interior is simple but cosy, with breathtaking view from the terrace wich gives you the 'sitting on the boat' experience. You have very good restaurant that works until 2 am, few shops and loads of caffe bars on approx. 7 minutes walk distance, old town of Split on approx 15 minutes by car (or 30 by local bus)
