Decorated in a fresh coastal style, this inviting getaway is ideal for couples or a stopover on your journey through the South West. With ocean views from all windows, you can relax at the Marri bench with a drink and watch the sunset over the ocean. Enjoy a complimentary breakfast with cereal, bread and eggs. Beach towels are provided, and you'll find a BBQ and comfortable seating in the courtyard.

Bush cottage retreat

Accommodation is a small cottage set in bushland, very comfortable and fully supplied with all essentials. The cottage is really only best for a couple, but if required a porta cot is available for a baby. Cooking facilities, frypan, microwave, air fryer, electric kettle, toaster and dish ware and cutlery supplied. T.V. and wifi available. In winter Pot Belly stove to keep you warm. Only 3 minutes drive to a beach. Ample parking for caravans. We don’t allow pets. We have 3 Golden Retrievers.

Our seventeen-acre estate is nestled on the edge of the Tuart Forest which boast 5 kms of beautiful landscape ideal for walking, mountain biking and horse riding and is minutes from Peppermint Grove Beach. It offers ample parking spaces and plenty of turning space for horse boxes. With prior notice we can accommodate secure horse agistment during your stay.

Shared alfresco area with BBQ, garden, grassed area and secure parking. Cooling and heating are supplied by a brand new reverse cycle airconditioning unit. This beautifully presented beach house with a large balcony suitable for entertaining and offering views to the ocean and the wetlands. With only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the beach access where you can drive along the white sandy beach and meets the mouth of the Capel River. Enjoy fishing, snorkelling, swimming or relaxing at Peppy Beach. Please note:- All long weekends are a minimum of 3 night stay except Easter which is a minimum of 4 nights.

Walking distance to beach/shops. Reverse cycle air conditioning. The apartment is self-contained with own access down a side path and through your own covered patio and door. There is some transfer of noise but there are three doors between your bedrooms and mine. Dogs live with me.

With the beach approximately 150 meters and a 2-minute stroll, it is great place to swim or fish, or listen to the waves rolling in while having a drink and BBQ on the large outdoor balcony upstairs. This house is the perfect time away to share with family and friends.
