We get our unique name because we are located near the Jimmerson Lake Dam. Nestled in Nevada Mills. THIS IS NOT A LAKESIDE PROPERTY. We do NOT have a private boat slip. However, the public ramp is only one mile away! If you bring your own boat, the private parking area will accommodate it. The Airbnb is attached to our business Anchors Aweigh Pontoon Rentals which is located on the property. We areYour space will be private and comfortable. Angola is nestled in the heart of lake country; you can spend your days on the lake and relax in the evening or spend your day hiking the trails of beautiful Pokagon State Park, located just 7 miles.

Only 4 miles to Trine Univ., a 10 min. drive to Crooked Lake and 14 min. to Lake James.

Long Lake Cottage is on a 10 mph lake that is a pretty peaceful spot to relax. Enjoy bonfires, kayaking, fishing, and grilling at our place. Long Lake is a part of the Pigeon River chain that you can kayak along through multiple lakes. Less than 10 minutes from Angola (Trine University, Pokagon State Park, groceries, etc.). We hope you enjoy your stay! We have a strict cancellation policy, but we will refund you 100% of your stay if you do need to cancel 14 days before your arrival.
