Adorable Guest Cottage - 1 bedroom with dividing wall, 2 beds and 1 Bath inside with an additional outside shower. Relaxing front porch with River access across the street. Includes dock use with 1 included boat slip. Ample parking on site. Within walking distance of most places, but a bicycle or golf cart makes it even better. Steinhatchee is a Golf-Cart community, so come join the fun. *Note - There are two beds with a partition wall for privacy, but the beds are not in private rooms.

The newly remodeled Cypress Crab Cottage is a quaint little cottage with 1 bed and 1 bath, tile floors, ceiling fans, & vaulted ceiling. A full kitchen with gas stove is now installed. A queen size bed, closet, full bath, & a leather sleeper (queen) couch round out the inside. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, pedestal sink & elongated toilet. Outside is a grill with a side burner. A large, screened porch with picnic table, outdoor seating, lights & fan. Private circular drive.

Home on Quiet Canal w/ private Dock and Gulf Access. Enjoy fishing, grilling, drinking a cold one around the firepit, the sun on the private dock or a cup of coffee on the screened front porch. Take a walk in neighborhood surrounded w/ majestic oaks & Steinhatchee river views, or walk up one block to the best restaurants and stores in the Hatch. Cozy home offers Fiber (High-Speed) Internet w/ Smart TV's in all rooms and streaming services. The perfect balance of Privacy and Nature.

Peaceful Mermaid Cottage-Book for Scallop Season~

The Peaceful Mermaid Cottage is spacious, comfortable and very clean. At least 3 vehicles with trailers can park in front of the house. Enjoy nearby springs, fabulous restaurants and local musicians. Play board games or put a puzzle together in the evening. Walk to Pirates Bounty for some fresh veggies and meat to cook or just walk to Kathi’s Krab Shack for a nice meal and a cold drink. Stop by Steinhatchee Scoops for some banana pudding ice cream on your way back to the cottage!

Spacious 3 bedroom 2 Bathroom home with COVERED BOAT PARKING and a Fish Cleaning Station. There is room for your Crew here at Captain's Choice. Enjoy the day out on the water and come home to a beautifully decorated home. Dish Sattelite TV is available in both the Living Room and the Family Room. Both TVs are Roku. Relax on the covered back deck, bring some charcoal and grill out or just sit around the firepit and tell fish stories. We hope you love it as much as we do.

Escape to our charming private cottage for up to 6 guests! This updated retreat features a wood-burning fireplace and screened in back porch with fans. Enjoy full access to resort amenities including a pool, hot tub, and boatslips. Perfect for a relaxing and adventurous getaway in a vibrant resort community. *A separate property management agreement and ID with $300 refundable hold for damages is required to complete the booking through the property management software*

Snappin Turtle Cabin. Riverfront with dock.

Our cabin is located directly on the Steinhatchee River with a balcony that looks over it for you to enjoy your morning coffee and relax. You can fish off the floating dock or just sit back and watch for wildlife. The land on the other side of the river is a wildlife management area and has plenty of wildlife for you to enjoy and watch. There are 4 kayaks for adult guest use at the house to help you take full advantage of the river. PFD's are supplied and recommended.

Kingfisher Cove -Lower unit with boat slip

Pool & dock are open Sleeps up to 7 guests, offers amazing views of the river, and the location doesn't get much better! This unit has access to a community boat slip where you can easily access the water and be out on the Gulf in no time. Modern amenities include wall to wall sliders leading out to the balcony & back lit mirrors in both baths. Utilize the outdoor gas grill for family meals, & balcony for lounging over the river while watching the boats come in.

Scalloping and Fishing Paradise

The Shells N Tails Rental home is perfect for fishermen or families looking for a relaxing vacation. Located on First Street West, this is a quiet and peaceful home. The home is within walking distance of the newly restored boat ramp. Several marinas are close for boat rentals and to hire fishing guides. A comfortable king, queen and sofa full size bed are offered with all linens supplied. Fresh towels and wash rags are available in the two bathrooms.
