A queen size bed, closet, full bath, & a leather sleeper (queen) couch round out the inside. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, pedestal sink & elongated toilet. Outside is a grill with a side burner. A large, screened porch with picnic table, outdoor seating, lights & fan. Private circular drive.

Boat Parking directly in front of the house, visible and safe at all times! Wifi is available within the house for streaming when not taking advantage of the outdoor activities. Note: For prior guests, the Floating Dock sustained damage during hurricane, message us before hand for an update if dock is needed.

Across the river is Conservation Land so you will hear lots of birds, crickets, owls, and frogs. If your lucky you may even spot deer, wild boar, bobcats, otter, gators or manatee. This is a natural "Old Florida " environment complete with critters and bugs. Bug spray is recommended when outdoors in the warmer months.

The cottage, redecorated and updated in 2017, contains a kitchenette, living room with a comfortable sofa and screened porch. Amenities include a washer/dryer, WiFi, and Direct TV. Also included is a full-size air mattress. Dog friendly. No smoking.
